What is a cool roof? A Cool Roof is a system is required by California Title 24. Materials must be approved by the Cool Roof Council. A Cool Roof must be installed over and climate controlled (air conditioned or heated) building.
Cool roofs include PVC and TPO membrane systems and a white reflective coating such as silicone, urethane or acrylic. Our commercial roofing experts can install any of these systems on new construction, re-roofing and recover roofing.
Warranties range from 2 to 25 years.
